About the Workshop

These uncertain times due to the pandemic have elicited a mix of emotional states across the world ranging from anger, confusion, fear, anxiety, to depression, and more. Being aware of our emotions and dealing with them in the right manner has become a task in itself, one that is extremely crucial with immediate relevancy. This 3-hour online workshop will focus on developing a deeper understanding of our emotions, the psychology of stress, and skills needed to support our own mental and emotional health and well-being, as well as support others in achieving theirs. While addressing social-emotional learning, explaining the mood meter and expanding on the emotional vocabulary, this workshop will additionally provide strategies to manage different emotions. Participants will receive an e-certificate upon completion of the workshop and filling out the feedback form within 2 days of the workshop.

This workshop is open to anyone interested in learning DBT basics, including those struggling with emotional regulation, stress, or interpersonal difficulties

About the facilitator

Prachi Bhatia is a Clinical Psychology Associate at PsychLine.in. She is an independent, empathetic, and kind professional who is passionate about psychology. Her enthusiasm towards her work is ineffable. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Clinical Psychology through DAVV University, Indore.
