Our current team of consultant psychologists, psychiatrists, and counsellors is well established and working beautifully. We aren't actively seeking to onboard new psychology professionals at this time.

Operations & People Intern

We're a small team doing big work — and that means everyone wears more than one hat. This isn't a passive internship. You'll work directly with our CEO and have real ownership across HR, operations, coordination, and back-end administration.

💰 ₹5,000/month + variable

HR & People

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
  • Draft HR documentation, policies, and internal communications
  • Track leave, attendance, and performance review cycles

Payroll & Finance Support

  • Assist with monthly payroll processing and expense tracking
  • Maintain financial records and support basic accounting tasks
  • Liaise with our external finance team as needed

Project Coordination

  • Manage timelines, task trackers, and cross-team communication
  • Coordinate meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Support content and marketing workflows in collaboration with the team

Backend & Platform Admin

  • Maintain internal databases, records, and digital filing systems
  • Handle backend updates on the PsychLine platform
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, or similar
  • An interest in the mental health space — a psychology background is not required
  • Particularly well-suited for Industrial Psychology students or early-career Industrial Psychologists
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and not afraid to ask questions

What You Get

Stipend — ₹5,000/month + performance variable up to ₹1 Lakh/annum
Experience — Real cross-functional work across HR, ops, finance & projects
Learning — Access to all PsychLine workshops and mental health resources
Certificate — Formal certificate of internship upon completion

Hours & Setup

  • 20 hours/week, fully remote
  • Flexible scheduling with core hours between 7PM–11PM IST
  • Two mandatory virtual team sync-ups per week
  • All work conducted via your own device and internet connection

Do you provide any licensing or accreditation for working here? ▼
We don't provide individual licensing of any kind — we are a private organisation, not a regulatory body. That said, we are real, reliable, and fully registered under Indian law. Any certificate of association or experience we issue is genuine documentation of your work with us, which many professionals find useful for their portfolios.
How are consultant psychologists typically engaged? ▼
Our therapists and psychologists work with us as independent consultants — this gives you flexibility to maintain your own practice while contributing to PsychLine's mission. Exact terms are discussed individually when relevant opportunities arise.
What kind of professionals have joined PsychLine in the past? ▼
Our team includes clinical psychologists, counselling psychologists, psychiatrists, sport and exercise psychologists, rehabilitation specialists, and mental health counsellors. We're less focused on a specific title and more focused on finding people who are excellent at what they do and genuinely aligned with our values.
