DISCONTINUE USE OF PSYCHLINE.IN SERVICES IMMEDIATELY, and do not wait for a response from the Platform or Consultants during Emergency Conditions, nor to rely on online communications for emergency situations.

The services provided through PsychLine.in are designed solely to supplement, and not to replace, traditional in-person mental health care. While the platform provides support and counselling services, it is expressly understood that the Platform is not equipped to handle emergency situations or crisis interventions. The User shall maintain active relationships with local mental health providers and emergency services for situations requiring immediate attention.

The Company and its Consultants expressly reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to terminate any session immediately and direct Users to emergency services if they reasonably believe a User is experiencing Emergency Conditions or requires emergency intervention. The User hereby waives any claims against the Company or Consultants arising from such termination and referral.

The User’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions constitutes an express acknowledgment of: (i) the Platform’s limitations regarding emergency services; (ii) the User’s responsibility to seek appropriate emergency care when needed; and (iii) the Company’s right to terminate services in emergency situations. By using PsychLine.in, you acknowledge and agree that you understand these limitations and will seek appropriate emergency care when needed.

A mental health helpline providing free, confidential emotional support and crisis intervention. Operated by trained professionals, MPower offers a compassionate ear and connects callers to therapy, counselling, and recovery resources across India. Available 24/7.
