Aayat Alvi
Aayat is an empathetic, curious, and socially inclined individual, with over seven years of engagement through studies in the field of psychology, which she continues to find both grounding and quietly amusing. She is currently a final semesters masters student and has experience working as a pro bono therapist, engaging closely with adolescents and diverse communities across internships and NGO settings. Through workshops and engagements with institutions such as Fortis, AIIMS, and Youth for Mental Health, she has further expanded her understanding of mental health in diverse and applied contexts. She approaches her work through a psychosociocultural lens, bringing sensitivity, awareness, and a deep sense of responsibility to the spaces she holds. A writer at heart, she expresses emotions through words and loves meaningful conversations. She finds peace in nature, enjoys Bollywood, and explores creativity through cooking and fashion. She is committed to making mental health accessible across India.
