Simran Premjani is a dedicated Counselling Psychologist with a MSc in Clinical Psychology from Manipal University, Jaipur, and is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology (PDCP) as part of her advanced clinical training and professional development. With over five years of experience across clinical, research, educational, and digital mental health settings, she brings both depth of knowledge and genuine warmth to every therapeutic relationship.
Simran works from an integrative, evidence-based framework, drawing from CBT, ACT, solution-focused approaches, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based interventions to tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs and goals. Her professional experience includes working with PsychLine.in, the National Mental Health Programme (Tele MANAS) under the Government of India’s initiative, as well as educational and psychosocial care settings.
As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, Simran is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard, respected, and supported, regardless of identity or lived experience. She strongly believes in trusting the process, even when the path feels uncertain, every step forward matters. This philosophy shapes not only her therapeutic work, but also the way she shows up for every client relationship. Outside the therapy room, Simran is a self-confessed food lover who enjoys exploring new places, reading, and meaningful conversations that deepen connection and understanding. These experiences continue to nurture the curiosity, empathy, and authenticity she brings into her work.
